In applications such as high-end pen manufacturing, aviation connectors, and precision mechanical enclosure, even a 0.01mm burr can lead to assembly failure or rejection due to appearance reasons. Fanstar focuses on developing zero-burr precision injection molds. Through ultra-high rigidity mold frames, nanometer-level parting surface alignment and intelligent locking system, it achieves "no overflow, no trimming edges", ensuring a clean and perfect molding, meeting the strict standards for extreme precision in the medical, aviation and consumer electronics industries.

The truly zero-edge precision injection molding molds rely on full-link precision control. Fanstar uses imported S45C pre-hardened mold frames from Japan, combined with a four-corner high-rigidity guide column positioning system, to ensure the parallelism of the mold closure ≤ 0.005mm; the parting surface undergoes three mirror polishing and laser interference detection, with a flatness of ±0.002mm. It has optimized the exhaust depth to 5–8μm for low-viscosity materials such as POM and LCP, preventing gas trapping and eliminating overflow; at the same time, it integrates in-mold pressure sensors and closed-loop injection molding processes to real-time control the clamping force, avoiding overpressure deformation or underpressure flying edges. Typical applications include 0.3mm thick electric pen tips, IP67-level aviation sealing housings, and micro motor end caps, with the flying edge control stable at 0μm, and the yield rate exceeding 99%.

In addition to the zero-edge precision injection molds, Fanstar also possesses the dual-system certification capabilities of AS9100 and IATF 16949 in areas such as anti-shrink reinforcing ribs molds, molds without pour-hole marks and latent injection molds with multiple sliding blocks, complex structures, etc. They can provide English DFM, FAI reports and full-process technical support.
