2. The inclined top mechanism of the high-gloss mold

The inclined top mechanism is often adopted in our high-gloss mold design, especially in the high-gloss mold design of LCD front housing.

Earlier, we mentioned in the requirements of the high-gloss mold for the product structure that in order to prevent shrinkage, the screw column position must be processed, which requires us to use the inclined top mechanism, in order to make the display screen and the shell can be in good contact, usually the surface of the shell will be pre-deformed, therefore, in the product optimization and design of the inclined top must be handled carefully, so that when the product is ejected, neither shovel the glue, nor will the product be white, so as to form a qualified product.
