In industrial production, highlighter PP is a kind of widely used plastic material, which has the advantages of high gloss, beautiful appearance and so on. The key to solve this problem is to analyze the reason why PP injection molding produces matte products. From the material, equipment, process and other aspects of in-depth analysis, we found that the following factors may lead to highlighter PP injection molding matte products:

To solve the above problems, we put forward the following solutions:
1. Precise control of material temperature and mold temperature: in the production process, to ensure that the material temperature and mold temperature control in an appropriate range. This can be achieved using sophisticated temperature controllers and thermometers.
2. Adjust the injection pressure to the appropriate range: Adjust the injection pressure according to the specific situation to ensure that the plastic can fully fill the mold cavity.

In order to verify the effectiveness of the above solution, we conducted an experiment. We applied the above measures to the actual production process, and found that the surface glossiness of the produced high-gloss PP products has been significantly improved, and the product quality has been guaranteed.
