The insufficient filling caused by bubbles in injection mold processing can be considered from three aspects, the design of the forming product, the injection conditions and the injection mold. The causes of underfilling are different for each aspect, and therefore the corresponding actions need to be different.

1. Countermeasures related to the design of injection mold forming products: 1. Consider the use of uneven forming product wall thickness; 2. Increase the wall thickness of the formed product.

2. Countermeasures related to injection conditions of injection mold: 1. Change injection speed and flow mode; 2. 2. Change the speed and pressure switching position of the screw; 3. Reduce the injection speed; 4. Adopt high cavity surface temperature; 5. Use slightly lower closing force.

3. Countermeasures related to injection mold: 1. Set an effective exhaust groove in the part where bubbles occur; 2. Change the gate location; 3. Change the flow channel balance; 4. The structure of heating the parts with poor fluidity is adopted; 5. Insert structure is used to separate parts with poor fluidity.

Bubbles can be divided into bubbles and vacuum bubbles. Generally speaking, bubbles occurring on transparent products can be directly observed, while bubbles occurring on opaque products are sometimes not visible from the outside and can only be detected by cutting them open or other means.
