Especially in fields such as pen cases, aviation, and mechanical and electrical enclosures where the requirements for light transmittance, cleanliness, and strength are extremely high, the problem becomes particularly critical. In the development of pen molds, Fanstar precisely arranged multiple hot runner injection ports and combined with a mold temperature control above 120℃ to ensure that the front edge of the PC melt fully blends, achieving "invisible" transparent components of the writing tool; for aviation molds (such as sensor covers and cabin windows), we adopted a vacuum exhaust + high mold temperature + slow filling strategy to effectively eliminate gas retention and temperature gradients, significantly reducing the optical visibility of the weld line; in the transparent windows or indicator light areas of the mechanical and electrical shell molds, we utilized Moldflow flow analysis in the DFM stage to predict the weld risk and through wall thickness optimization, minor adjustment of the gate angle, and conformal cooling design, we inhibited the generation of defects from the source.

All molds related to PC transparent parts are made of S136 mirror finish steel, which meets the SPI-A1 standard for polishing. They are also equipped with a closed-loop temperature control and pressure monitoring system to ensure the stability and reliability of the PC transparent part bonding solution in mass production of millions of units. The overall yield rate of the project is generally over 98%.
