Fanstar has optimized the gate shear rate for commonly used engineering plastics such as glass fiber reinforced PBT and PA66 to avoid fiber breakage; used S136 high-purity mold steel, and the key areas were treated with TD coating to enhance wear resistance and corrosion resistance; through Moldflow analysis, the wall thickness uniformity and reinforcement layout were precisely controlled to prevent sealing failure due to shrinkage; the mold integrates a conformal cooling water channel to ensure the dimensional stability of large shells (tolerance ±0.1mm). Typical projects include: battery module end plate shells, BMS controller shells, and IP67-rated energy storage unit shells.
