In high-end pen products, aviation connectors, and mechanical and electrical enclosures, the internal reverse insertion, side holes, and special snap-in mechanisms have become increasingly complex. Traditional molds are unable to achieve one-piece molding. The true multi-slide complex structure injection molds test the coordination of motion and precision control. Fanstar optimizes the slide paths through 3D dynamic interference analysis, integrates hydraulic cylinders, inclined dies, gear racks or servo drive systems, ensuring that 8-12 groups of slides have zero collisions and zero wear during high-speed opening and closing; the key mating surfaces are processed by slow wire cutting and mirror-finished matching, with a positioning accuracy of ±0.01mm; for high-temperature working conditions of aviation PEEK parts or pen-like small internal cavities, custom-made heat-resistant and wear-resistant slide materials are used, along with independent cooling channels, to ensure stable operation for millions of mold cycles. Typical applications include push-pins with telescopic mechanisms, multi-directional sealed aviation shells, motor end caps with internal locks, etc., all achieving fully automatic production, with a yield rate exceeding 97%.
