In the manufacturing of high-end electromechanical equipment, aviation components and precision stationery, products often feature complex features such as multi-directional side holes, inwardly recessed clasps, threads or special inverted hooks. The reliability of multi-slide complex structure injection molds depends on the motion sequence, guiding rigidity and wear-resistant design. Fanstar adopts a modular slider architecture. Key components are made of H13 or S136 high-hardness steel, and the guide and sliding surfaces are treated with TD coating or vacuum nitriding, significantly enhancing the anti-wear ability; through 3D motion simulation and interference analysis, the synchronousity of slider stroke and the demolding path are accurately verified, eliminating jamming or scratching; the cooling system is independently divided to avoid thermal deformation affecting the motion accuracy. In pen molds, the pen clip is integrated with the multi-directional grooves through one-piece molding; in aviation molds, PEEK components with lateral ventilation grids are demolded without damage; for electromechanical shell molds, the dense heat dissipation holes, EMC shielding structure and multi-angle reverse fitting are efficiently processed, eliminating the need for secondary processing procedures.
