Main problems in hot runner injection mold production process

When designing and manufacturing hot runner plastic mold and putting it into production through injection molding machine, the choice of injection molding machine is also very important. All automatic circulation functions of the injection molding machine must be applied to the hot runner system. The following factors should be considered when selecting injection molding machine:

(1) Because the hot runner and runner plate are added to the hot runner die, the thickness of the die increases accordingly. When selecting the injection molding machine, please pay attention to the installation height of the injection molding machine.

(2) When measuring the injection volume of injection molding machine, the compressibility of plastic in large capacity flow channel must be considered.

(3) For the depreciation of hot runner mold, the continuous operation of injection molding machine is promoted, and multi-stage start-up is adopted to reduce damage.

Many devices are used to ensure the automatic operation of the mold. The first choice is robot or simple controllable manipulator, for example:

(1) The product requires inserts, labels or flakes to be placed in the mold.

(2) Pull out plastic parts or accelerate their ejection.

(3) Control the movement of plastic parts and reduce the starting time of accessories.

(4) Heat the mold before starting the injection molding machine.

(5) Reduce the mold loading time, reduce the connection time of cooling water pipe, air circuit, loop and hot runner temperature control box.
