1. Dynamic and fixed mold deviation

In the injection mold parting surface to add a high strength positioning key four sides of each, the most simple and effective is to use cylindrical key. The perpendicularity of the guide hole and the parting surface is very important. All ejector rods must be strictly checked after assembly, generally within 0.05~0.08 mm, to ensure that the entire ejector mechanism can advance and retreat freely.

3. Poor cooling or water leakage

The design of cooling system, processing to the shape of the product, do not leave out this system because the injection mold structure is complex or difficult to process, especially large and medium-sized mold must fully consider the cooling problem.

4. The guide pole is damaged

The guide column mainly plays a guiding role in the injection mold to ensure that the core and cavity forming surface do not touch each other in any case, and the guide column can not be used as a force or positioning part. In the following two cases, the dynamic and fixed mold will produce huge lateral offset force during injection: when the wall thickness of the plastic parts is not uniform, the material flow rate is large at the thick wall, and the greater pressure is generated here; The sides of the plastic parts are asymmetrical, such as the stepped parting die, the opposite sides of the back pressure is not equal.

5. The distance tension mechanism fails

In the case of small suction force can be used to push out the method of fixed mold, in the case of large core pulling force can be used when the moving mold backward core sliding, first complete the core pulling action and then the mold structure, in the large injection mold can be used hydraulic cylinder core pulling.
