1. Raw edge (flash):

Adjust the injection pressure and speed of the injection molding machine to avoid excessive burrs.

2. Size instability:

Strengthen the temperature control of the mold to ensure that the temperature of all parts of the mold is uniform and stable, adjust the injection speed, pressure and pressure holding time and other parameters of the injection molding machine to ensure stability, use raw materials with stable quality, and control the differences between raw material batches

3. Surface defects (such as dents, burning, etc.):

Repair the damage on the surface of the mold and improve the finish of the mold.

Adjust the melt temperature, pressure, and speed of the injection molding machine to ensure that the melt flows evenly in the mold.

Filter the raw material to remove impurities.

4. Warpage deformation:

Optimize product design to ensure structural symmetry and avoid excessive wall thickness differences.

Strengthen the cooling system of the mold to ensure that the product is cooled evenly.

Adjust the injection pressure and speed of the injection molding machine to avoid excessive warping.
