How to install injection mould quickly on injection machine

How to install the injection mold quickly on the injection machine is a problem we will often meet, especially for some novices. When the injection mold is installed, the operation mode of the injection molding machine must be in manual mode or mold adjustment state to ensure the safety of production personnel. The procedure for installing the injection mold on the injection machine is as follows:

1. Ensure that the power supply of the injection molding machine is on. (Open the cooling water valve before opening the vertical injection molding machine to observe whether the cooling water is smooth)

2. Click the injection molding machine manual button to make the injection molding machine in manual state. Press "Manual" to enter "manual mode". It means that in the "manual" mode, the operation of mold opening, mold closing, slider and ejecting shall be controlled manually, and each action shall be operated by pressing the corresponding button.

3. Click the pump button of the injection molding machine to start the hydraulic system of the injection molding machine. Injection molding machine hydraulic system customization of the main control object pressure and flow two parameters, both have strong coupling and nonlinear characteristics.

4. Deliver the injection mold in place, and confirm that the mold is consistent with the production accessories. The mold should be held gently by hand to avoid touching the mold or injection molding machine.

5. Prepare the sling. When hanging the injection mold, do not stand around, so as not to be injured. There must be no fluke mentality.

6. Use a sling to lift the injection mold slowly, slightly above the injection molding machine, and move the sling frame so that the mold is above the installation position. Be careful not to make the mold hit the surveillance camera and manipulator.

7. Slide the protective sleeve of the guide column of the injection molding machine to the appropriate position and slowly lower the mold. The operator should hold the top of the mold to avoid severe shaking of the mold. The operator must control the mold and prohibit the injection mold from hitting the guide post.

8. Lower the injection mold to the appropriate position, install the positioning flange and protective ring, adjust the mold and sling frame, make the mold flange and protective ring fit with the injection molding machine injection hole.

9. Remove the lock module of the injection mold to avoid damaging the mold. The function of the lock module is to protect the mould by not allowing the movable and fixed mould to be opened during the process of lifting, loading and unloading and transportation. Be sure to take it off during injection molding.

10. Close the sliding doors on both sides of the injection molding machine and click the mold adjustment button of the injection molding machine to enter the mold adjustment state. At this point, the injection mold installation is completed.
