1. Save injection mold manufacturing materials. If there is a higher place of the front or back die, the height of the injection mold can be reduced by making inserts, so as to save the manufacturing materials of the injection mold and save the cost.

2. Convenient for subsequent mold modification. Where the injection mold often needs to be modified, the insert can be removed to facilitate the subsequent modification of the mold. Because you only need to change the insert, it is convenient, quick and cost saving.

3. Repair the mold and increase the strength of injection mold. When there is a small area of insertion on the molded parts such as the mold or slider, the insertion part can be disassembled into an insert to repair the mold and increase the strength of the injection mold.

4. Shorten the delivery time of injection mold

When there are deep bone positions in the cavity to be processed, it can be disassembled into inserts for convenient processing, which can greatly shorten the processing time of injection mold.
