Fanstar uses Swedish S136 mirror steel, and the cavity polishing reaches the SPI-A1 standard (Ra ≤ 0.01 μm); combined with a high-temperature mold temperature control system (up to 140°C or above), and the integration of steam-assisted or rapid heat and cold (RHCM) technologies, it effectively eliminates weld lines, flow marks, and shrink marks; through Moldflow flow analysis, the gate layout and wall thickness transition are precisely optimized to ensure uniform high-gloss effect throughout the entire area, meeting the strict acceptance standards of international brands for "zero visual defects".
