The cavity surface undergoes multiple grinding processes to reach SPI-A1 level (Ra ≤ 0.01 μm), and integrates a rapid hot and cold mold temperature control system (RHCM), allowing the mold temperature to instantly rise to 120–140°C, eliminating the melt front temperature difference and completely avoiding flow marks and weld lines. At the same time, the gate position and holding pressure curve are optimized to ensure uniform filling of thick and thin areas, and to prevent shrinkage and stress whitening. Typical cases include the metal texture signature pen body, the control panel inside the aircraft cabin, and the transparent window of high-end routers, achieving a glossiness of over 95% (60° angle test) in a single molding process, without the need for spraying, electroplating, or film application.
