In the high-end market that emphasizes both environmental protection and aesthetics, the spraying process is being rapidly phased out due to high VOC emissions and high costs. Fanstar focuses on developing high-gloss non-spraying injection molds. By using ultra-glossy mold cavities, precise temperature control systems, and specialized materials, it directly injects products with a surface as shiny as piano lacquer, without any weld marks or flow lines. These molds are widely used in high-end pen products, aviation interior components, and mechanical and electrical enclosures, which all require strict requirements for texture.

The true high-gloss non-spraying injection molds go far beyond polishing. Fanstar uses imported NAK80 or S136 mirror steel. The cavity surface undergoes multiple grinding processes to reach SPI-A1 level (Ra ≤ 0.01 μm), and integrates a rapid hot and cold mold temperature control system (RHCM), allowing the mold temperature to instantly rise to 120–140°C, eliminating the melt front temperature difference and completely avoiding flow marks and weld lines. At the same time, the gate position and holding pressure curve are optimized to ensure uniform filling of thick and thin areas, and to prevent shrinkage and stress whitening. Typical cases include the metal texture signature pen body, the control panel inside the aircraft cabin, and the transparent window of high-end routers, achieving a glossiness of over 95% (60° angle test) in a single molding process, without the need for spraying, electroplating, or film application.

In addition to high-gloss spray-free injection molds, Fanstar also possesses the ability to obtain the AS9100 and IATF 16949 dual system certifications in areas such as flame-retardant V0 grade molds, molds with no burr marks on the surface, and precision molds with zero burrs.
