Help all employees deeply understand the core content of the ISO9001:2005 quality management system standard, strengthen quality awareness and the concept of standardized operation.

2. Test employees' mastery of the ISO9001:2005 standard and their practical application ability, identify weak points in learning, and optimize subsequent training in a targeted manner.

3. Through the form of group PK, stimulate employees' enthusiasm for learning and teamwork spirit, and create a good atmosphere of "racing to learn and catch up".

4. Promote the effective implementation of the ISO9001:2005 standard in all departments of the company to enhance the overall quality management level and operational efficiency.

Iv. Participants and Grouping Rules

7. Participants: All employees of the company (representatives from each department can be reasonably allocated based on the number of staff in each department to ensure their participation)

8. Grouping rules:

A total of 9 people will participate in the PK, divided into 3 groups, with 3 people in each group. (If the number of employees is large, internal departmental selection can be conducted first, and then the participating teams can be formed.)

〇 Grouping method: The "random draw" or "departmental joint team formation" mode can be adopted to ensure that the strength of each team is relatively balanced. Random drawing can ensure fairness, departmental joint team formation can promote cross-departmental collaboration and communication, and enterprises can choose according to their actual needs.

Each team is required to determine the team name and team leader three working days before the event starts and report the information to the event organizer.

Vi. Activity Process

(1) Pre-event preparation stage (1 week to 3 working days before the event)

13. The organization's execution team should formulate a detailed activity schedule and question bank (covering core clauses of ISO9001:2005 standards, practical cases of quality management, common problems in system operation, etc.), and submit them to the judging panel for review.

14. Complete the grouping of the participating teams, collect the team names and captain information of each team, and publicize the list of participants.

15. Prepare activity materials: projection equipment, sound system, 3 buzzers, 3 scoreboards, answer sheets, gel pens, timers, prizes, certificates of honor, drinking water, etc.

16. Set up the event venue: Arrange the seats for the participating teams (in a triangular or horizontal formation to ensure a fair perspective), the judges' seats, and the audience seats. Debug the equipment and post the event theme posters.

17. Notify the participants and audience of the event time and location, and emphasize the event discipline (such as mute mobile phones, no noise, no prompts for answering questions, etc.).

(2) Activity Implementation Stage (Total 3 hours, specific time can be flexibly adjusted)

18. Opening Session (15 minutes)

3D

The host begins by introducing the theme, purpose, process of the event as well as the leaders and judges present.

Invite a representative of the company's management to deliver a speech, emphasizing the significance of the ISO9001:2005 system and encouraging the participating teams to actively compete and showcase their talents.

Each participating team took the stage in turn to introduce themselves (team name, slogan, and members), creating an atmosphere for the event.

The host introduced the judging panel, scoring rules and activity discipline, and announced the official start of the event.

19.PK Competition Round (3 rounds, total 150 minutes)

Note: The difficulty of the three rounds of competition gradually increases. After each round, the current scores of each team will be announced to ensure transparency and fairness. Each round of questions is randomly selected from the pre-reviewed question bank to avoid leakage. Round 1: Basic Compulsory Answer Session (40 minutes) Round 2: Advanced Quick Response Session (50 minutes) Round 3: Practical Case Session (60 minutes)

Rules: This section is a compulsory question, each worth 10 points, totaling 15 questions (each group needs to answer 5 questions). The question types are single-choice questions and true or false questions, focusing on the basic provisions of the ISO9001:2005 standard (such as term definitions, quality management principles, basic requirements for system establishment, etc.).

〇 Process: The host will set questions in the order of the teams (Group 1 → Group 2 → Group 3). Each team will designate one member to answer (internal negotiation is allowed), and the time limit for each question is 30 seconds. After the answering is completed, the judging panel will confirm the correctness of the answers, and the scorekeepers will score them immediately. Correct answers will earn points. No points will be deducted for incorrect answers and no additional answers will be given.

Objective: To test each team's mastery of the basic knowledge points of ISO9001:2005 standard and help them quickly enter the competition state.

Rules: This section consists of quick response questions, each worth 15 points, totaling 20 questions. The question types include multiple-choice questions and short-answer questions, focusing on the application of core provisions of the ISO9001:2005 standard (such as document control, record control, internal audit, nonconforming product control, etc.).

〇 Process: After the host finishes reading out the questions, they announce "Start the Quick Response". Each team uses the quick response device to answer questions. The team that presses the quick response device first gains the right to answer. The time limit for answering questions is 60 seconds per question (for short-answer questions, it can be appropriately extended to 90 seconds). When answering questions, one member can be designated to answer after internal discussion within the team. Supplementary answers are allowed, but the supplementary time will be counted towards the total answering time. A correct answer will earn points, while an incorrect or overdue answer will result in a deduction of 10 points. This question can be answered by another team that failed to succeed in the catch-up response (a correct catch-up response will earn points, but no points will be deducted for an incorrect one).

Objective: To enhance the fun and tension of the activity, and to test each team's proficiency in the core content of the standards and their ability to respond quickly.

〇 Rules: This section consists of case analysis questions, each worth 30 points, with a total of 3 questions (each group needs to answer 1 question). The topic is about quality management cases that the company may encounter in its actual production and operation (such as handling product inspection failures, responding to customer complaints, rectifying problems found during internal audits, etc.), and formulating solutions in accordance with the requirements of the ISO9001:2005 standard.

〇 Process: The host randomly selects case topics in the order of the teams. After each team receives the topic, they have 10 minutes for internal discussion (the key points of the discussion can be recorded). Then, one representative is sent to the stage to present the solution. The presentation time limit is 5 minutes per team. After the presentation, the judging panel will score based on three dimensions: "compliance of the plan (whether it conforms to the ISO9001:2005 standard), feasibility (whether it is in line with the company's actual situation), and logic (whether the thinking is clear)" (with a full score of 30 points, and the average score given by the judges will be taken). Then, a representative of the judges will comment on the plans of each team.

Objective: To test the ability of each team to apply the ISO9001:2005 standard in practical work and enhance the level of solving actual quality problems.

20. Summary and Awarding Ceremony (35 minutes)

The scorekeepers will summarize the total scores of each team in the three rounds of the competition. The host will announce the final ranking. (In case of a tie in scores, an additional quick response question will be added to determine the ranking.)

Invite company leaders to present awards to the winning teams:

▪ First Prize (1 Group) : Certificate of Honor + Cash Reward/Practical Gifts (such as team-building fund, office supplies set)

▪ Second Prize (Group 1) : Certificate of Honor + Cash Reward/Practical Gift

▪ Third Prize (1 Group) : Certificate of Honor + Commemorative Gift

Invite a representative of the judges to summarize this event, comment on the performance of each team, and emphasize the key directions for the subsequent learning and implementation of the ISO9001:2005 system.

The host summarized the event, expressed gratitude to the leaders, judges, participating teams and staff for their participation, and announced the successful conclusion of the event.

(3) Post-event closing stage (1-2 working days after the event

21. The organization and execution team should tidy up the event site, collect materials, and do a good job in inventory and storage of the materials.

22. Summarize the activity data (such as the scores of each team, the accuracy rate of questions, common error points, etc.), write an activity summary report, and submit it to the leading group.

23. Sort out the photos, videos and other materials from the event site, and promote them on the company's internal bulletin board and work groups to expand the influence of the event.

24. In response to the weak points in employees' learning identified during the activity, a subsequent ISO9001:2005 standard training plan will be formulated to continuously enhance employees' understanding and application capabilities of the system.

Vii. PK Methods and Detailed Scoring Rules

(1) Core Principles of PK

Fairness, impartiality and transparency, with "knowledge mastery + skill application" as the core competition dimensions, while also taking into account the performance of team collaboration.

(2) Specific methods and scoring criteria for each round of PK

25. Round One: Basic Compulsory Questions Section

○ Number of questions: 5 questions per group, totaling 15 questions (10 single-choice questions and 5 true or false questions).

〇 Answering Method: Answer the questions in the order of the team. Designated members should answer. Discussion is not allowed (the answering personnel can be determined internally in advance).

Scoring criteria: 10 points for each question. Points will be awarded for correct answers. No points will be awarded or deducted for incorrect answers or answers beyond the time limit.

Time control: 30 seconds per question, totaling 40 minutes (including the time for question setting, answering and scoring).

26. Round Two: Advanced Quick Response Session

○ Number of questions: A total of 20 questions (12 multiple-choice questions and 8 short-answer questions).

〇 Answering Method: Use a buzzer to answer questions. After obtaining the right to answer, you can have an internal discussion and designate a member to answer (supplementary answers are allowed).

Scoring criteria: 15 points for each question. Points will be awarded for correct answers. 10 points will be deducted for incorrect answers or exceeding the time limit. Correct answers in the supplementary rush response will earn points, while incorrect answers will not result in point deductions.

Time control: 60 seconds for single-choice and multiple-choice questions, 90 seconds for short-answer questions, totaling 50 minutes.

27. Round Three: Practical Case Session

○ Number of questions: 3 (1 question per group), with case questions designed based on the actual quality management scenarios of the company.

〇 Answering method: 10 minutes of internal discussion, with designated members coming to the stage to present the solution (5 minutes per team).

Scoring criteria: The judges will score based on "compliance (10 points), feasibility (10 points), and logic (10 points)", and the average value will be taken as the team's score for this round (out of 30 points).

Time control: 10 minutes for discussion + 5 minutes per team for presentation + 5 minutes for comment, totaling 60 minutes.

(3) Total score Calculation and Ranking Rules

The total score = the score of the first round + the score of the second round + the score of the third round.

29. Rank by total score from high to low, with higher scores leading to higher rankings.

30. If two or more groups have the same score, a quick response question (15 points) will be added. The group that answers correctly first will be ranked higher. If a team makes a mistake in answering the quick response questions, the other team wins.

Viii. Activity Discipline and Precautions

31. The participating teams must arrive on time. Teams that are late for 15 minutes or more will be regarded as having automatically forfeited their competition qualifications.

During the competition, participants must strictly follow the arrangements of the host and judges. They are not allowed to interrupt answering questions, make noise or whisper to each other at will. Their mobile phones should be set to silent mode or turned off.

33. During the quick response session, the team must press the buzzer only after the host announces "Start Quick Response". Any early response will be regarded as a violation, resulting in a deduction of 10 points for the team and loss of the right to answer this question.

34. When answering questions, they must be completed within the prescribed time. Failure to answer within the time limit will be regarded as incorrect answers and points will be deducted according to the corresponding rules.

If a participating team has objections to the evaluation of the answers, the team leader may appeal to the judging panel. After discussion by the judging panel, a final decision will be made (the decision result cannot be changed).

36. Audience members must abide by the on-site discipline and are not allowed to prompt the participating teams to answer questions. Otherwise, it will be regarded as a violation by the team and corresponding points will be deducted.

37. The event organizer needs to debug the equipment in advance to ensure the smooth progress of the competition. The scorekeepers must be conscientious and responsible, accurately record the scores of each team, and promptly publicize them.
