On August 21, 2021, I was fortunate to participate in the "Emotional Management" class organized by the company. President Fan used a lively, diverse and interactive lecture method to teach the source of stress and emotions in a happy and joyful atmosphere. Knowledge of embodying, stress relief methods, emotional adjustment, etc., has benefited us a lot.

Emotion is a collective term for a series of competent cognitive experiences, and is a psychological and physiological state produced by a combination of multiple feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. Communicate more and sort out a set of happiness methods that belong to you. The most important thing is to use them in your life and heart. When you can control your emotions and manage stress well, your life will be better. will become very different. It will be so good that even the old you envy the present and happy you so much, that you will not want to exchange your life with anyone.
