Fanstar uses imported S136 mirror-finish stainless steel, with cavity polishing reaching SPI-A1 level (Ra ≤ 0.01 μm); through Moldflow mold flow analysis, the recessed injection point and the thermal flow channel layout are optimized to ensure that the filling consistency error of 64 pins is less than 3%, completely eliminating the fusion lines and gloss differences; the ejection system integrates pneumatic push plates or servo demolding mechanisms to avoid the white marks or deformation caused by traditional pins; all sliders and guide columns are treated with TD coating to ensure no wear during millions of mold cycles.

Typical applications include transparent pen barrels, metallic exterior shells, and functional pen molds with complex internal structures. All of these features support fully automatic mechanical arm picking, eliminating the need for post-processing.
